1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation (excluding weekends and official public holidays). We strictly arrange order packaging, quality inspection and dispatch in sequence. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
 
We reserve the right to delay shipment slightly during large-scale sales events (Black Friday, holiday promotions) due to order surges, and we will notify customers in advance if long delays occur.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Certain remote regions, embargoed countries and high-risk areas are unavailable for delivery. You can check available shipping countries on the checkout page before payment. If your destination country is not listed, we cannot complete delivery temporarily.

3. Shipping Timeframe

  1. Standard International Shipping: 12 – 25 business days
  2. Expedited Fast Shipping: 5 – 10 business days
     
    Delivery times are estimated only. Actual transit duration may be affected by customs clearance, local postal efficiency, bad weather, peak season backlogs, regional public events and other objective uncontrollable factors. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

4. Shipping Fee Rules

  1. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, package volume, delivery country and shipping method. The exact freight will be displayed clearly before you complete payment.
  2. Free shipping offers are available for orders that reach the designated minimum spending amount. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods, and expedited shipping requires additional extra fees.
  3. Oversized or overweight items (such as portable power stations, large pet beds) will generate extra bulky cargo surcharges, which will be shown on the order page in advance.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important for International Orders)

All international shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees and local administrative taxes imposed by your destination country.
 
All customs charges are the full responsibility of the recipient (buyer). Mevilo Shop will not bear tariffs, customs fines or clearance fees under any circumstances. Please fully understand your local import tax regulations before placing an order.
 
If the parcel is detained, returned or confiscated by local customs due to prohibited product categories, inconsistent declaration information or buyer’s refusal to pay duties, we will not offer free reshipment or full refunds.

6. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking website link to your registered email address within 24 hours. You can track real-time logistics progress online at any time.
 
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch for international cross-border shipments, which is normal for international logistics systems.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

  1. Lost parcel during transit: Contact our customer service at support@mevilo.shop with your order number within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the logistics carrier to launch an investigation. After the carrier confirms loss, we will arrange reshipment or full refund accordingly.
  2. Marked delivered but not received: Please first check your mailbox, neighborhood parcel locker, front desk or nearby pickup point. Contact us promptly if you still cannot locate the package. We will assist you to initiate an inquiry with the courier company.
  3. Damaged goods upon arrival: Please record a complete unboxing video and take clear photos of the damaged package and items immediately upon receipt, then send evidence to our support team within 48 hours. We will verify and arrange solutions such as replacement or partial refund based on the actual situation.

8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

Parcels will be returned to our warehouse if they are undeliverable due to invalid address, unreachable recipient, recipient refusal to sign for the package, or unpaid customs taxes.
 
Return shipping fees and secondary re-delivery fees shall be borne by the buyer. If you need re-delivery after the parcel is returned, you will need to pay the new round of shipping costs again. We are not responsible for returned packages caused by buyer-provided incorrect shipping information.

9. Shipping Exclusions

We are unable to ship restricted items prohibited by international aviation and customs regulations to certain countries. Electronic products such as portable power stations follow strict international battery shipping rules, and individual country restrictions shall prevail.

10. Policy Revision

Mevilo Shop reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy without prior notice to adapt to logistics channel adjustments and international shipping rule changes. The latest version will always be published on our official website https://mevilo.shop. Continued ordering represents your acceptance of the latest policy terms.
