1. Eligibility to Use the Site

3. Product Pricing & Inventory

1. All product prices displayed on the Site are denominated in US Dollars (USD), excluding international import duties, local sales tax, VAT, shipping fees, and customs clearance charges unless explicitly marked as inclusive.
2. We reserve the right to revise product prices, adjust discount activities, modify promotional rules, or correct pricing typographical errors at any time without advance notice. If an obvious incorrect low price is displayed due to system error or manual mistake, we have the right to cancel your paid order fully and issue a full refund.
3. All goods are subject to limited real-time inventory. In cases of overselling or stock shortage after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer options including waiting for restock, product exchange, or full order refund, with no additional compensation liability beyond the refund amount.
4. Product images, descriptions, colors, and specifications are for reference only. Minor color difference caused by screen display and light environment will not be regarded as product quality defects.

We will process shipment within the stated business days after payment confirmation, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to uncontrollable factors such as international logistics, customs inspection, weather, or regional transport restrictions.
2. Risk of loss, damage, or theft of products transfers to you once the carrier confirms collection of your parcel from our warehouse. We will assist with logistics tracking and claim coordination for lost or damaged parcels in transit, in accordance with carrier rules.
3. For international shipments, all import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and local administrative charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (you). We will not cover customs clearance costs or fines incurred by prohibited goods. It is your obligation to confirm whether the ordered items comply with your local import regulations before purchasing.
